Delivery & returns

PUDO locker delivery

We deliver to PUDO lockers anywhere in South Africa for a flat R60 per order. Choose your nearest locker at checkout. You can find a locker here.

We dispatch within 1 business day of your order, once your EFT payment has reflected in our account. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days, depending on the courier.

When your parcel arrives, PUDO sends a PIN to the mobile number on your order. Enter it at the locker to collect. Please collect within the time stated in PUDO's SMS. If a parcel is returned to us uncollected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, and a new delivery fee may apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are at the customer's cost: you cover the delivery fees for the exchange.

Changed your mind? (7-day cooling-off)

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. You pay only the direct cost of returning them, and we'll refund you within 30 days of your cancellation.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, contact us within 6 months of receiving it and we'll repair, replace or refund it, as the Consumer Protection Act provides.

How to return or exchange

Contact us with your order number and we'll confirm how to send the item back. Refunds are paid by EFT to the account you paid from.
