These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Placing an order
When you place an order you'll receive an order number and our banking details. We reserve your items for 48 hours. Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment in full. If we haven't received payment within 48 hours, we may cancel the order.
Prices
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to a PUDO locker costs R60 per order and is shown before you place your order. If a price is obviously wrong, we'll contact you before accepting payment.
Payment
We accept EFT (bank transfer) only. Please use your order number as the payment reference. We never ask for your card details on this website.
Delivery
We deliver to PUDO lockers across South Africa. We dispatch within 1 business day of your order, once your payment has reflected, and delivery takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Please collect your parcel within the time stated in PUDO's SMS. See our Delivery & returns policy.
Returns and cancellations
You may cancel within 7 days of receiving your order, and faulty items are covered for 6 months. See our Delivery & returns policy for how it works.
Our donation pledge
We donate 100% of profits to Women For Change. Campaign dates: 30 September – 31 October 2026.

We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary. Check the before ordering. If something doesn't fit, see our exchange policy.
